•  Project environmental management

•  Fauna surveys and monitoring including:
-  Desktop surveys and project based risk assessments to determine the need for field based surveys
-  Surveys for terrestrial vertebrate and invertebrate species including short range endemics (SRE’s);
-  Targeted surveys for threatened species (e.g. black cockatoos, SRE’s);
-  Translocation of vertebrates;

•  Provision of legislative, approvals and assessment advice under the Federal Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and relevant state Acts and Regulations (e.g. the Western Australian Wildlife Conservation Act 1950 and Environment Protection Act 1986)

•  Preparation of fauna management plans for specific species or project wide and
peer review of technical fauna studies
